Pay-structures are highly negotiable and the goal of SmartHire.info is to keep our client’s as comfortable with their investment as possible. In many cases, the pay-structure will also affect fee percentage. By opting to pay a portion of the fee upon hire, the fee may be marked down from the table listings above. In lengthier guarantee agreements, such as 45 days or more, some clients may wish to withhold payment until the expiration of the guarantee. The fee percentage may be increased in such instances.
